Happy Birthday to Me!!

Happy Birthday to me, Yay!! Whats so special about this one????

Many of my close friends, neighbours, bikers, work associates, Facebook friends, Customers, DVLA, HMCustoms, Passport Office the list is endless, all know that I legally changed my name in March of 2017, this has been a major step in my life, you may remember one of the posts, at the beginning of the year, that I was getting a bit pissed of with myself, with the way I am behind with my timeline. Keeping this partially quiet has been a good thing, this is also why I haven't blogged about it, I wanted to make sure that property deeds were updated with my name before certain members of my family and extended family found out about my name change.

So this birthday may not have been on a major event like a 40th or 50th, but to me it is a massive step. I have, in the past had lots of cards and presents from friends for my birthday, but this is the first birthday, that in the eye's of the law and society that I have had my birthday in my chosen name. Anyone who's trans will know just how much this means.

The most annoying thing was I had electrolysis booked for today, a day after my birthday, so I couldn't, well more to the point want to celebrate my birthday as I had a face full of fluff, but my neighbours Jason and Michelle made a very special evening, which my son was also there, I have attached the photos. But I was well blown away. I am one lucky "girl" to have neighbours as lovely as them. xXx

So electrolysis went well, 3.5 hours worth, which bloody hurt lol, but hey no pain no gain right ;-)
